The verdicts stand: countdown = widget not Live Activity in v1, everything ships .active, dawn and pre-prayer supersede, never stack.

Per the HIG, lock widgets render in the vibrant material: the system desaturates everything and colors it from the wallpaper. So these are designed in grayscale hierarchy (bright = primary, dim = secondary), not brand color.
The circle is an accessoryCircular Gauge, the family Apple names ideal for countdowns; the ring drains toward Fajr and stays legible on the Always-On display.
Countdown text is dynamic-date: ticks every second at zero refresh budget. Dawn line and countdown share one threadIdentifier, so they supersede, never stack.

The prayer widget is now the sun's arc: the lived part of the day drawn solid, the rest dashed, prayers as points on the path. The next prayer holds the only cyan; a yellow point marks now. In the system's tinted mode the hierarchy survives because it is drawn in brightness, not hue (HIG accent/primary grouping).
Emotion without noise: you see your position in the day at a glance, the way you'd read the sky.
The du'ā widget gained depth: a soft radial light behind the script, the cyan logo bar as its quiet signature. The calligraphy is an inset image, not full-bleed, per the HIG's media guidance.

One setting, three renders, same anatomy: eyebrow, the line, the cyan bar, the meaning. Members who can't read the script lose nothing but the calligraphy.
The setting also drives the lock-screen line, StandBy, and the Dynamic Island bottom region, so the choice follows the member everywhere.
The translation stays at 9.5px on this board's phone scale; at true widget scale it sits at the HIG's 11pt floor.

Drawn to the HIG's four expanded regions: prayer name leading, ticking numerals trailing, the du'ā in bottom (the region Apple reserves for detail), center left empty around the camera. Corners stay concentric with the Island's 44pt radius; the cyan keyline is Apple's sanctioned way to brand the black canvas.
The hairline gauge fills toward the adhan; transitions are content-replace under the 2-second cap, and nothing animates on the Always-On display.
The gate stands: this needs a Live Activity (8h cap, server push-to-start), so it waits while the v1 lock widget delivers the same countdown. When LA lands, this is the design, done.

StandBy shows two small widgets side by side with backgrounds removed, per the HIG, so the design is pure typography: the du'ā scaled up, nothing else. The calligraphy in the automatic red night tint is the most beautiful frame the system gives us for free.
Script setting follows the member here too; transliteration mode renders the Latin line large instead.

Fixture note: prayer times (5:34 / 1:04 / 4:38 / 7:12 / 8:41) are illustrative and internally consistent with the day-16 demo world (lock 5:14 pre-Fajr, reflection 9:52 after Isha). Du'ā lines are curriculum-real and time-coherent: before the day-16 session completes, every surface shows day 15's "Subhana Rabbiyal-'Azim"; the bedside, after it, shows day 16's own "Rabbana wa lakal-hamd". Day titles were retitled in this pass to plain human lines ("Allah Has Already Heard You", formerly "Rising: ..."). All flagged for the scholar pass with the rest of the fixtures.
